We are looking for a flatmate that would be living with us from september on. Who are we? It’s Jacqueline from Stockholm and Daniela from Lucerne (Switzerland), both from the second year, soon third year! Now we are looking for our third flatmate as our actual flatmate Riccardo graduated and is leaving. Some information about the apartment/free room: the flat is in Piazza Giolitti, it is close to the city centre, the train station and the bus stop. The best thing about the location is that three times a week, we have the market with the local producers on the piazza in front of our house, that’s fantastic! It’s a very bright and big apartment, we have a spacious living-room, a cozy and big kitchen and three bedrooms. The free bedroom is not very big but as there is the big kitchen and living-room you never feel hemmed in! And the best thing is: the room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The rent is 200 euros, internet, gas, heating, electricity excluded. Calculated on one year, the monthly cost is approximately 300 euros what is a very good price for such a nice flat!

Stiamo cercando un coinquilino/ una coinqulina che vivrebbe con noi da settembre. Chi siamo? Siamo Jacqueline di Stoccolma e Daniela di Lucerna (Svizzera), tutte e due del secondo anno, fra poco possiamo dire del terzo anno!!! Ora stiamo cercando un coinquilino/coinquilina visto che il nostro coinquilino Riccardo si è laureato e va via. Qualche informazione sull’appartamento/ sulla camera: la casa si trova in Piazza Giolitti, vicino al centro, alla stazione e alla fermata dell’autobus. La cosa migliore della posizione della casa è che tre volte alla settimana c’è il mercato dei produttori locali sulla piazza di fronte a casa, questo è fantastico! L’appartamento è molto grande e luminoso, abbiamo un salotto molto grande, una bellissima cucina molto accogliente, e tre camere. La camera che sarà libera non è molto grande ma visto che c’è il salotto e la cucina uno ci sta benissimo, non ci si sente stretto. E la cosa migliore è che la camera ha un bagno (doccia) “privata”! L’affitto è di 200 euro al mese, internet, gas, elettricità esclusa. Calcolando sull’anno si arriva a un costo mensile di ca. 300 euro, questo è un ottimo prezzo per una tale casa!
