I’m looking for someone to take over two rooms in my flat. One is available now, the other from August. You’d be living with Alberto, an Italian guy from the two-year graduate-degree.
The flat is located in via Pellico, which is close to train station and town center. There are shops, a gas station and loads of free parking spots right in front of our house.
The rooms are both huge and very bright and fully furnished, and one of them has direct access to the flat’s big balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are also big and well equipped. The rent is 250€ a month (you are only responsible for these, since the contracts are on the rooms, not the whole flat) including heating and maintenance, but excluding light, Internet and kitchen gas (in three around 30€ a month). Ho due camere libere nel mio appartamento. Una è già libera adesso, l’altra dal primo agosto. Il tuo coinquilino sarà Alberto, un ragazzo simpatico della specialistica.
L’appartamento è situato in via Pellico, vicino alla stazione e al centro città. Ci sono dei negozi, una stazione di servizio e dei parcheggi gratuiti davanti alla casa. Tutte le due camere sono molto grandi e luminose, e completamente arredate. Una ha anche accesso al balcone più grande dell’appartamento. Anche la cucina e il bagno sono grandi, e molto ben’attrezzati. L’affitto è 250€ mensili, in addizione vengono circa 30€ per luce, gas di cucina e internet.
